Hi, I’m Chelsea

I’m here to help you learn to eat healthy, on a whole foods diet. 

Micheal Pollan once said, 

"Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants."

This resonated with me as soon as I read it. As a cancer survivor I have spent the last 5 years researching the optimum cancer fighting diet. And what I found out was that a whole foods, plant based diet was not only the answer to cancer prevention but it also could help prevent many other illnesses. 

Since becoming a vegetarian on a whole foods diet, I have started sleeping better, maintained a healthy weight, and I my mood has changed drastically. 

I went from being a meat and dairy lover, with insomnia, drinking and not exercising enough being mainstays in my life. Now, I spend my days outside in the beautiful mountains that I live near, I enjoy cooking and make delicious home cooked meals every night, even while working 3 jobs. 

I promise that this is all possible for you too.
